Homemade face masks

Homemade face masks recipe are fun but messy, so make sure you have plenty of old towels around. Also, before you start, decide where you will rest once the masks is applied. Lying down is the best, as it stops the mask from slipping off the face.

Homemade Clay Face Masks of Sandalwood.

1. Mix two teaspoons of sandalwood powder and two teaspoons of water to obtain a smooth paste. Apply to your face, avoiding the eye and lip area.
2. Let the mask dry


(about 15-20 minutes).
3. Rinse with warm water, using fingertips to gently loosen the mask. Do not scrub skin while removing - especially if you have acne - as it will aggravate troubled spots.
4. Once the mask is removed, splash face with cold water to tighten pores. Your skin will be left feeling soft, smooth and refreshed.
